PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar battery device capable of obtaining desired photovoltaic power over a long period without generating a defect that gaps may be formed among a lead out electrode, an upper electrode and a lower electrode even when the solar battery device is curved. SOLUTION: The solar battery device constituted by connecting a connection substrate for leading out photovoltaic power generated in a curved solar battery element to a lead out electrode of the solar battery element is formed by the manufacturing method including: a process for successively forming a lower electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer and an upper electrode on one surface of a flexible substrate, applying conductive paste composed of resin binder containing conductive fine particles respectively to the lower electrode and the upper electrode which are exposed on the surface, and after forming lead out electrodes, temporarily curing the lead out electrodes; a process for curving the flexible substrate like a ring, and while holding the curved state, actually curing the lead out electrodes; and a process for connecting the connection substrate to the lead out electrodes.
