Casing construction for centrifugal fans, in which the casing 5 is constructed in such a manner that conventional construction and connecting flanges are unnecessary. The casing 5 is easy to adjust continuously to the desired blowing angle and is mounted with the blowing opening to the right or the left on its fixed support 2-3. Small fan casings can also be mounted directly on a cover 7 fastened to the body 9 of the operating machinery, to which body the casing 5 and also the body 2-3 can be fastened rapidly by means of fastening arrangements 12. The construction parts on the suction side and the pressure side of the casing 5 can be connected to parts corresponding to the pipe system without flange connections. <IMAGE> |
