<p>The use of solidified fuel from refuse, woody biomass fuel and solidified fuel from sludge would continue to increase. However, with respect to the disposal of concurrently increasing incinerated ash, as it would invite a decrease of repository site capacity, there is demanded the development of a technique of reclaiming the same safely at low cost. With respect to such incinerated ash, etc., as an alkaline chemical is added in the stage of fuel production or fuel combustion so that high alkalinity is exhibited, measures for insolubilizing lead have been a problem to be solved. There is disclosed a disposal technology satisfying soil environmental standards, comprising ascertaining the high alkalinity of incinerated ash, selecting as an acidic chemical at least one member from, among iron chlorides, ferrous chloride and ferric chloride as well as ferrous chloride and ferric chloride and mixing the same into the ash in an amount of 0.2% or less. Further, likewise, it has been ascertained that the concomitant use with a binder material of highly alkaline cement, etc. is effective. Consequently, reclamation for roadbed and mound material can be attained.</p> |
