PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment having a waterproofing function achieving waterproof structure capable of always securing sure waterproofing performance while securing efficient workability. SOLUTION: The equipment having the waterproofing function includes a cover member 22 provided to be openable/closable relative to an aperture 3a provided on the equipment 1, a packing member 23 provided to hold a watertight state between the cover member and the aperture of the equipment when the cover member makes the aperture of the equipment be in a closed state, and a packing fixing member 24 holding and fixing the packing member with the cover member in between.
