<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dry-preservation of a solid-liquid separation membrane used for solid-liquid separation of activated sludge treating water obtained by activated-sludge treating sanitary sewage like wastewater in a biological treatment tank, without damaging the membrane, nor lowering the membrane performance. <P>SOLUTION: The separation membrane installed and used in an apparatus for separating the activated sludge and treating water into solid and liquid is preserved by washing the separation membrane with washing liquid, hydrophilizing the membrane surface by an aqueous solution containing a hydrophilizing agent, and drying the separation membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
