<p>PURPOSE: A display device is provided to reduce a manufacturing failure of a thin film device structure by forming a transparent polyimide on the alkali based glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes an alkali based glass substrate, a transparent organic layer, and a thin film device structure. The transparent organic layer is contacted on the glass substrate(210). The thin film device layer is formed on the transparent organic layer(215). The glass substrate is a soda lime glass substrate. The glass transition temperature of an organic layer is over 220 degrees centigrade. The thickness of the organic layer is 0.3 to 50 um. The thin film device structure includes a thin film transistor and an organic light emitting device.</p> |
