PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the signal transmission apparatus capable of improving the quality of signaling and the productivity of the apparatus. SOLUTION: Bonding wires 19a-19d and 21a-21d connect continuously electrodes 13a-13e and 17a-17e for coils in order, while straddling a part of soft magnetic material 18. A transmitting coil 7 and a receiving coil 9 are formed according to the connection. Then, signaling of an electrical signal is performed between the transmitting coil 7 and the receiving coil 9, using magnetic coupling through a closed magnetic circuit formed by the soft magnetic material 18.
