PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a permanent form and a positioning member for the permanent form capable of vertically installing a form panel to a tilted sheet pile with a smaller number of parts. SOLUTION: This installation structure of a permanent form comprises a positioning member having a bottom plate and a plurality of beam receivers 4 secured to the front surface of the sheet pile 1, a horizontal beam 6 for horizontally attaching the sheet pile to the beam receivers 4, a plurality of bolt studs 7 fixed to the horizontal beam at intervals corresponding to the hole pitches of the form panel 15, stoppers 9 attached to the respective bolt studs, and fastening members 8 for fixing the panel after fitting the panel to the bolt studs.
