PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify the location of an object with an abnormality on a map, and to confirm maintenance workers around the object by skill level. SOLUTION: A server 31 set in the monitoring center of an elevator displays a map of a designated area with a mark of each object on a terminal device of an operator by using an object database 43a and a map database 43c. On this occasion, when an arbitrary object mark is selected by prescribed operation, the server 31 changes a display range so that the selected object mark comes almost to the center of a screen.
