PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for simply allylating a sulfonyl imidate to obtain an allylated sulfonyl imidate. SOLUTION: Provided is the method for producing the allylated sulfonyl imidate of formula (3), wherein R1, R2are each independently a hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent; R3to R9are each independently H or a hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent, comprising reacting a sulfonyl imidate with an allyl compound having a releasing group at the allyl position in the presence of a transition metal catalyst, preferably a palladium catalyst, and a base.
