PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclusive packing box for a circular fluorescent lamp for efficient storage and transport and for easy packing and lamp taking out. SOLUTION: This inclusive packing box for packing a set of circular fluorescent lamps 2a and 2b with different outer diameters includes a spacer 3 for holding the set of the lamps and an outer box 1 in which the spacers 3 are put and stacked in multi stage. The box 1 has a first side surface able to be opened for inserting the spacer 3 from the one end side of the spacer 3, the second side surface 1a where the surface of the spacer 3 holding the set of the lamps surfaces when the spacer 3 is inserted into the box 1 through the first side surface from the one end side, and a cut off part 5 able to cut off the side surface 1a in a condition where the first side surface is sealed with a seal 4.
