<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning control system capable of saving energy even when a schedule is not set. <P>SOLUTION: This air-conditioning control system 1 capable of performing energy-saving control in an air-conditioning operation, comprises a predicting section 64c, and a deciding section 64b. The predicting section 64c predicts an operation stop estimated time of the air-conditioning operation on the basis of an operating situation of an air conditioner 3.
