PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon distribution system capable of providing coupon service suitable for individuality and tastes of a user without leaking personal information about a user to a network.

SOLUTION: The coupon service suitable for the individuality and the tastes of the user is provided without specifically specifying the user by distributing coupon service information of a store only to a community site which has members matching the characteristics of the store, on the basis of relevance between a store information database 18 which stores a keyword representing the characteristics of the store which provides the coupon service information and a community information database 17 which stores a keyword representing characteristics of the community site which provides community service.
