PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particles of core-shell type which are excellent in levelling properties during the melting and thermally adhesive properties and have an uniform particle size. SOLUTION: The resin particle is a resin particle (C) of core-shell type which includes: one or more shell layers (S) in a film form comprising a polyurethane resin (U); and one core layer (Q) comprising a resin (composition) (R) mainly composed of a polyester resin (P), wherein the difference in an sp value between (U) and (P) is 0.05-2.0; the weight average molecular weight of (U) is 500-200,000; and the loss modulus G" of viscoelastic properties at 100°C at a frequency of 1 Hz is 10<SP>3</SP>-10<SP>9</SP>dyn/cm<SP>2</SP>.
