摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shifter circuit which improves operational reliability with respect to characteristic variation of a transistor by enabling signal level conversion to be normally performed even upon a low-amplitude input signal that does not reach even a threshold of the transistor, and a high-frequency input signal. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a level shifter circuit comprising a CMOS inverter constituted of a P-type transistor (T1) and an N-type transistor T2; first and second capacitors (C1_P, C1_N) connecting their one-side poles to gates of the P-type transistor and the N-type transistor, respectively; a first switch (SW1) giving the input signal to the other-side poles of the first and second capacitors; a second switch (SW2) giving a DC voltage (VREF) whose magnitude is an approximately half amplitude of the input signal, to the other-side poles of the first and second capacitors; and third and fourth switches (SW3_P, SW3_N) giving first and second preset voltages (REF_P, REF_N) to one-side poles of the first and second capacitors, respectively.
