PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make avoiding of a lower part of a steering wheel main body from being close to the legs of an occupant and opposing of a steering wheel surface to an occupant upper body part compatible in a collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This steering wheel SH is provided with a hub member 11, the steering wheel main body 12 arranged at a more rear side of the vehicle than the hub member 11, and a connecting mechanism 13 for connecting the steering wheel main body 12 and the hub member 11. An airbag device 20 is mounted on the steering wheel main body 12. The connecting mechanism 13 moves the steering wheel main body 12 from a fixed position (the position of a solid line) to a moving position (the position of a virtual line).
