The invention relates in particular to an acoustic panel (20) intended to be mounted in a nacelle (1) of an aircraft, the said panel (20) comprising: - a first layer (24) comprising a perforated acoustic internal skin, - a second layer (26) comprising at least one cellular core structure (27a, 27b) comprising a plurality of cellular core units (28a, 28b), and - a third layer (30) comprising an unperforated external skin, characterized in that the external skin connects the cellular core units (28a, 28b) together and the said skin comprises stiffening means (41) to provide the said acoustic panel (20) with mechanical rigidity.
