<p>Comparing the peptide, antibody or nucleic acid profiles of two cell extract samples comprises using a mixed nucleotide/peptide microarray biochip involving 150 amino acid and nucleotide sequences given in the specification. The method comprises injecting each sample successively into microfluidic channels, detecting surface plasmon resonance on gold nanosurfaces bearing immobilized antibodies, peptides or nucleotides, and comparing the results. An independent claim is also included for a biochip for carrying out the above method, comprising an array of gold nanosurfaces, each constituting an immobilization site for an antibody, a nucleotide sequence or a peptide sequence.</p> |
