<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems in a conventional electrostatic dust collection filter and dust collection apparatus: dust holding force is increased by a viscous substance, and when the tackiness is lost by attachment of a large amount of dust, the dust holding force is lowered, causing re-scattering. <P>SOLUTION: The dust collection apparatus is provided with a dust collection body comprising a dielectric equipped with a plurality of internal electrodes, a powder inducing body provided on an opposing face of the dust collection body and made of a conductive material, a voltage source applying a DC voltage to the plurality of internal electrodes and the powder inducing body provided inside the dust collection body, and a voltage control device controlling the voltage and polarity of the voltage source. This configuration provides the dust collection filter and dust collection apparatus which efficiently collect dust, have an effect of high holding force of dust and have little risk of re-scattering of dust. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
