PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixture capable of mounting a sealing pump-up device body on a car without narrowing the storage space and provide a sealing pump-up device equipped with this. SOLUTION: A sealing pump-up device body 11 is mounted on a mounting board 52 of a fixture 50 and fixed with a band member formed by engaging a fixing tool 56 and a fixing tool 58. The screw part of the bolt member fitted on the rear surface of the mounting board 52 is screwed with the nut part of the bottom of a spare tire attaching part 136. By this, the sealing pump-up device 10 is fixed inside of the spare tire attaching part 136 and does not protrude to a luggage boot 132. By fixing the sealing pump-up device body 11 in the spare tire attaching part 136 that is formed concavely, the sealing pump-up device body 11 can be mounted on a car without narrowing the luggage boot 132.
