PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print data generating device that generate print data improving image quality by preventing white ink from being projected from color ink, a program to generate the print data, and a computer readable recording medium. SOLUTION: Pixels in a predetermined area based upon a pixel of interest among pixels in a white area as an area to which the white ink is discharged (S34) to determine whether the pixels are disposed in an outline area along an outline in the white area (S35). Then when it is determined that the pixels are white outline pixels disposed in the outline area (S35: YES), gradation values of white (W) among gradation values of CMYKW of the pixels are set to zero(S36), and the printed data are generated.
