A honing tool for nonferrous metal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to polish the inside surface of a hole formed on a nonferrous metal material uniformly. A honing tool for nonferrous metal polishes the inside surface of a hole using an abrasive(30) which is installed along the outer circumference of a cylindrical horning head(10). The honing tool comprises a mounting groove(13) concaved along the length of the outer circumference of the horning head, and a synthetic resin absorbent(20) fit in the mounting groove. The abrasive is made of sandpaper having larger than the absorbent and attached to the absorbent. |
