<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly distribute information to customers with a simple system configuration when financial information is distributed by E-mail. <P>SOLUTION: The addresses of the customers to which the financial information is distributed by E-mail are stored in a customer address database 31. The real-time financial information is acquired, and then, information on an event related to the financial information is acquired together with the date and time of the performance of the event, and stored in an event database 33. The E-mail with a message indicating that the event is to be performed is distributed to the addresses stored in the customer address database 31 at the time earlier by prescribed time period from date and time to perform the event stored in the event database 33.
