PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag whose opening is closed by pulling a string, on whose sidewall a load is not applied when it is hung, and whose opening is easily kept open. SOLUTION: One inner area 12 is formed when one bridging area 11 of a string 2 crossing the top of one sidewall 3 goes to the inside from one sliding hole 1, an outer area 13 is formed when it goes out of one shifted hole 6 from one inner area 12, the other inner area 12 is formed when it goes to the inside from the other shifted hole 6, the other bridging area 11 is formed when it goes out from the other sliding hole 1 from the other inner area 12 and both ends of the string 2 are joined in the other bridging area 11 for forming a loop. The sidewall 3 is bent and the opening 5 of a bag body 4 is closed by pulling up the outer area 13. Hard panels 9 are provided on meeting walls 7 provided face to face and a bottom wall 8 extended to the bottom side.
