A hula-hoop with an improved structure is provided to secure elasticity while a pressure bar smoothens, thereby relieving impact. A hula-hoop with an improved structure comprises the following units. A circular main body(10) has connectors on the ends thereof. The main body consists of hula-hoop units(U) employing finger-pressurizers(20) inwardly. The main body includes a plurality of joints at regular distances. The joints are surrounded by an elastic plate(12). A buffer plate is located near the finger-pressurizers inwardly. The hula-hoop has a space(14) for the finger-pressurizers.
