<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of preventing the deterioration of output characteristics due to use of the fuel cell and an electronic apparatus mounted with the fuel cell, and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell has an electromotive part having a membrane electrode assembly which includes a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte membrane pinched between the anode and the cathode. A photocatalyst is arranged at least at a part on the cathode side. The electronic apparatus is mounted with a fuel cell in a case which has an electromotive part having a membrane electrode assembly equipped with a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte membrane pinched between the anode and the cathode.
