PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column cover of a steering device capable of preventing the column cover from interfering with a key cylinder in a vehicle collision and securing stable impact absorbing performance. SOLUTION: The column cover 20 has a cover body part 22 covering the peripheral part of an upper column 12 and the front side in a vehicle longitudinal direction of the key cylinder 13, and a key cover part 23 covering the rear side of the key cylinder 13.
