PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the operating rate of a camera for a vehicle by performing mutual utilization with the plurality of cameras for the vehicle. SOLUTION: A camera control apparatus includes cameras 1 for communicating data relating to photographing and photographing still images or moving images, and a camera control part 2 for retrieving the cameras 1 capable of photographing, selecting the camera 1 to request photographing from the retrieved cameras 1 and requesting photographing to the selected camera 1. The camera 1 is loaded on a vehicle and movably installed, or fixed and installed near a road, the camera control part 2 is installed to the vehicle loaded with the camera 1, and photographing by the camera 1 is requested by an operation through communication.
