Method for in vitro detection and/or quantification and/or identification of bacteria present in a fluid medium M constituting a biological material, in which method a suspension of microbeads of solid polymer material capable of binding proteins is prepared; the microbeads are loaded with ß2GPI proteins; said loaded microbeads are brought into contact with the fluid medium M, in the presence of ions of an oxidizing metal, so as to bind the bacteria to the ß2GPI proteins; the microbeads thus prepared are separated from their suspension medium, so as to obtain a residue; and the bacteria of the residue are detected and/or quantified and/or identified. |
