PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring device capable of measuring an accurate temperature.

SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a thermistor 11 mounted on the stator 21 of a motor 2; a measured temperature detection circuit 12 for detecting a temperature of the stator by the thermistor; a storage circuit 15 for storing beforehand a reference heat time constant τ0and a reference heat resistance R0of the thermistor; an estimated temperature calculation circuit 13 for calculating an estimated temperature Tcal of the thermistor based on a measured temperature Tth, the reference heat time constant and the reference heat resistance relative to a prescribed heating value of the stator; and a determination circuit 14 for determining whether or not an absolute value of a temperature difference between the estimated temperature Tcal and the measured temperature Tth is equal to or below a prescribed threshold ΔT.
