PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which can be easily detached from a container mouth. SOLUTION: The cap 1 includes a cap body 3 having an outer cylindrical part 5 suitable for an outer side of a mouth 20 of a container 2, and an inner cylindrical part 6 which is arranged on the inner side of the outer cylindrical part 5, connected to the outer cylindrical part 5, and communicates with the inner side of the mouth 20, and an upper lid 4 fitted on the cap body 3. The cap body 3 has a spouting cylindrical part 7 which is detachably suitable for the inner side of an upper part of the inner cylindrical part 6 and communicates with the inner cylindrical part 6, and the spouting cylindrical part 7 and the inner cylindrical part 6 are connected to each other via a hinge 71.
