A palette hand car and a molding apparatus of the same is provided to reduce the failure rate by minimizing the slip phenomenon of components. A molding apparatus of a palette hand car comprises a top disc plate(10), an under disc plate(20), an upper core(30), a core(40), an outside slide core, and a plurality of inside slide cores. The top disc plate mounts a manifold plate(12). The under disc plate is supported with a bottom plate(22). The upper core and the core are mounted on the top disc plate and the under disc plate. The outside slide core comprises a plurality of long/short slides. The long/short slides are shuttling between the core and the upper core. The outside slide core molds a path of the palette. The inside slide core molds an opening of the palette. The long/short slides are operated by a hydraulic cylinder and an angular pin(11).
