<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling instrument for implants for accurately drilling a hole for implanting an implant. <P>SOLUTION: This handpiece 11 for implant includes a guided member 16 which extends in parallel with a drill bar 15 attached to a head 14, at the head 14 provided at the distal end of a neck 13. The guided member 16 is turned relative to the head 14 with the center of the head 14 (an axis of the drill bar 15) as its center, and has a guided bar 17 having a predetermined length and extending in parallel with the drill bar 15, at its distal end.
