PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the amount of nutrients that each person in a group has taken in when a dish is shared by the group. SOLUTION: When a dish is distributed from a dish plate 3 to plates 4 with a dish sharing tool 2, a reader/writer 30 of the dish plate 3 is caused to perform a process for sending a dish plate code CP, so that the dish plate code CP is written on an IC chip 20 of the tool 2, and a reader/writer 40 of each plate 4 is caused to perform a process for sending a plate code CD, so that the plate code CD is written on the IC chip 20 of the tool 2. A counting device 5 is caused to perform a process for calculating the amount of nutrients that each person has taken in, based on the dish plate code CP and the plate code CD written on the IC chip 20 and dish data DF that indicates the amount of nutrients contained in a share of the dish provided by a predetermined number of times of sharing using the tool 2.
