ANTIREFLECTIVE FILM, OPTICAL COMPONENT INCORPORATING IT, INTERCHANGEABLE LENS, AND IMAGE PICKUP DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflective film producing less flare and ghost with outstanding blur prevention effects by using glass of a low to medium refractive index excellent in transmissivity, and also provide an optical component, interchangeable lens, and image pickup device incorporating it.

SOLUTION: This is an antireflective film which is built by stacking first to third layers in this order on a base plate, wherein the base plate has a refractive index between 1.53 and 1.60 for light in the range of 400-700 nm wavelength. The first layer is mainly made of alumina and its optical thickness is 25.0-250.0 nm. The second layer has a refractive index of 1.40-1.50 and its optical thickness is 100.0-145.0 nm. The third layer is a porous layer mainly made of silica and its optical thickness is 100.0-132.5 nm.
