PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a pattern sheet, in which the pattern sheet is manufactured by filling concave parts of a base material sheet with ink so that a hollow is not formed substantially on the surface of the ink in each concave part and ink does not remain in portions other than grooves. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the pattern sheet constituted by filling concave parts of the base material sheet 10 on whose surface the concave parts such as grooves 15 are formed, with a photocurable ink-cured material, an application step of applying photocurable ink 40 on the concave part-formed surface of the base material sheet 10; an ink removal step, before a light irradiation step, of removing the photocurable ink 40 in the portions other than the concave parts so that a thin film of the photocurable ink remains there; the light irradiation step of irradiating the resulting base material sheet with light to cure the photocurable ink while being exposed to oxygen; and an ink removal step, after the light irradiation step, of removing the uncured photocurable ink 40 after the light irradiation step are carried out.
