PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively control the leakage of combustible refrigerant in accordance with the situation peculiar to a washing/drying machine in the washing/drying machine using the combustible refrigerant sealed in a heat pump. SOLUTION: When the combustible refrigerant is leaked at a ventilation flue disposed with an evaporator and a condenser of a heat pump, a first refrigerant detector detects it, and this washing/drying machine stops the compressor based thereon, opens an exhaust port of the ventilation flue by a damper, simultaneously thereto, shuts off the ventilation flue and actuates a circulation air blower to exhaust the leaked refrigerant outside an outer housing. When the combustible refrigerant is leaked other than the evaporator and the condenser of the heat pump, namely, in a cover which covers connecting pipes which connect the compressor to a wringer, and the evaporator or the condenser thereto, a second refrigerant detector detects it, and this washing/drying machine stops the compressor based thereon, actuates an exhaust air blower to exhaust the leaked refrigerant to the outside of the outer housing 1.
