<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Gunn diode voltage control oscillator with wide modulation width whose successful linear characteristics are maintained. <P>SOLUTION: The Gunn diode voltage control oscillator is constituted by: branching an open stub line into two or more; and providing each of one open stub line and the other open stub line branched from a branching part with a varactor diode modulation circuit.
