PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the size of a terminal block unit having an electronic device such as a rectifier. SOLUTION: A power-receiving terminal 16, a power supply terminal 14 and an electronic device 70 are arranged on the terminal block unit TY in this order. A main body 10A of a terminal block 10 has a conductive plate mounting surface 10A1 where a conductive plate 12 is mounted, and power-receiving cables 32, 34 connect the power-receiving terminal 16 and the electronic device 70 by way of a space SP2 at a counter-conductor side of the conductive plate mounting surface 10A1.
