BLOOD PRESSURE INFORMATION MEASUREMENT DEVICE ALLOWING PRECISE MEASUREMENT USING OPTICAL METHOD

<p>A blood pressure information measurement device is provided with a photoelectric sensor which is composed of a light-emitting element (21) light-emitting a long wavelength being a wavelength which can be easily transmitted through a biomedical tissue and a light-receiving element (31) light receiving the same; and a photoelectric sensor which is flush with the photoelectric sensor and composed of a light-emitting element (121) light-emitting a short wavelength being a wavelength which cannot be easily transmitted through the biomedical tissue and a light-receiving element (131) light receiving the same. Pulse waves are detected by detecting the variation of a light quantity transmitted through an artery (212) from a received light quantity received by the light-receiving element for the long wavelength. Dynamic distance variation between a living body and a sensor caused by variation of the pressure of a cuff (81) is detected from a received light quantity received by the light-receiving element for the short wavelength. Then, carried out is calculation of eliminating influence of the dynamic distance variation between the living body and the sensor detected from the received light quantity received by the light-receiving element for the short wavelength from the pulse waves detected from the received light quantity received by the light-receiving element for the long wavelength.</p>
