<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphate-treated electro-galvanized steel plate indicating high lightness (in particular, having the L-value of ≥70.00). <P>SOLUTION: The phosphate-treated electro-galvanized steel plate has a zinc-phosphate coating film formed on an electro-galvanized layer, and the index of orientation I<SB>co</SB>(hk-1) of the crystalline planes (00-2), (10-0) and (10-1) of the electro-galvanized layer satisfies the conditions (1) 4.0≤I<SB>co</SB>(00-2), (2) 0<I<SB>co</SB>(10-0)≤0.020, and (3) 0<I<SB>co</SB>(10-1)≤0.20, where I<SB>co</SB>(hk-1) denotes 6-plane index of orientation of Willson on the crystalline planes (00-2), (10-0), (10-1), (10-2), (10-3), and (11-0). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
