<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an execution confirmation apparatus capable of easily evaluating an executed result in a construction site and quickly transmitting the measured value information of the construction site from the construction site to a design room at a long distance from the construction site when a failure occurs, and a design support system using it. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of RFID tags 11 (in the figure, displayed as 11A, 11B and 11C) are attached at prescribed positions to a piping component 3A, and they are attached in a plant.
