<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving apparatus can eliminating dust efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: In a driving apparatus, it is determined in a step S740 whether a dust elimination time measuring parameter CNT is≤245. If the dust elimination time measuring parameter CNT is≤245, a step S721 and steps S712 to S714 are carried out similarly. Thus, a step c2 is carried out to cause a movable part 30a to collide with an upper end of a fixed part 30b. The movable part 30a is engaged with an upper end of the fixed part 30b. A time interval from the end of a step d1 to the end of the step c2 is set to 30ms shorter than 50ms in the step d1.
