PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold device small in diameter, capable of molding a molded article having a hollow part having large undercut on the inner peripheral surface and exhibiting excellent molding condition. SOLUTION: Cores 11, 12 constituting a columnar mold 5 on which a molding surface of the hollow part of a lens tube 1 is formed respectively extend at different angles to -Z direction of the turn out direction of a locking block 10. The cores 11, 12 are inserted to a working plate 33 to which the locking block 10 is fixed and are guided by a guide plate 32 to the inside of the hollow part in the radius direction. When the working plate 33 is moved to the -Z direction, the locking block 10 is also moved to the -Z direction. The cores 11, 12 inclined to the -Z direction are subjected to force by the movement of the locking plate 10 to be shifted to the inside in the radius direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
