PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor which can easily be manufactured and has low equivalent series inductance (ESL) while cost is low. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor 1 is provided with a capacitor element 2 to which anode foil and cathode film, where oxide films are formed on surfaces, are wound through a separator, and in which a solid-state electrolytic layer formed of conductive high polymer is held by the separator, an armoring case 3 in which the capacitor element is stored, and a sealing material 4. The armoring case 3 is formed of one of copper, zinc, aluminum-tin alloy, aluminum-zinc alloy, aluminum-gold alloy and aluminum-Ag alloy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
