A laundry treating apparatus is provided to clean and replace easily by installing a filter detachably and to prevent the moisture within the inside by making the air flow in and out. A laundry treating apparatus comprises an outer case, a washing tub, a top lid, and an air flow assembly(100). The outer case forms the external shape. The washing tub is installed at the inner side of the outer case. The washing tub accommodates the laundry. The top lid is installed at the upper side of the outer case to be opened and closed. The air flow assembly forms an area communicating the air to the inside of outer case and from the outside. The air flow assembly comprises a filter(130). The filter is inserted to the down side of the top lid.
