<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silane functional polymer suitable for adhesion coupling, sealing and coating in a porous base material, in particular, in a porous mineral base material. <P>SOLUTION: This composition is a silane functional polymer-based composition, and contains (a) at least one kind of the silane functional polymer P, (b) at least one kind of organo silane containing at least one sulfur atom, and (c) at least one kind of organo titanate.
