PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery-storing container that includees vibration resistance and impact resistance improved, while maintaining battery performance and securing reliability, and to provide a battery pack.

SOLUTION: The battery-storing container includes: a case 31 with insulation properties and having a plurality of unit batteries stored in alignment; wall parts 34 having insulation properties and partitioning the plurality of unit batteries; and support protrusions 35 protruded toward the unit batteries from at least either the case 31 or the wall parts 34 to support the unit batteries.
