PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection control apparatus and projection control program capable of controlling to accurately project an image, and a projection system capable of accurately projecting an image. SOLUTION: A projection control apparatus includes: a difference detection means for detecting a first difference between the position of an image to be projected in the background of a background image obtained by capturing a background image of an object and the position of an image to be projected in the object in a captured image obtained by capturing an object image; a correction means for correcting a position to project the image on the object on the basis of the first difference calculated by the difference detection means and a second difference between the position of a projection device to project the image and the position of an imaging apparatus to capture the image to be projected on the object in the captured image; and a control means for controlling the projection device so as to project the image at the position corrected by the correction means.
