<p>Bis-quaternary pyridinium-aldoxime salts are disclosed, and their associated polymorphic character, along with their methods of preparation. Such polymorphic salts may then be used for treatment of exposure to cholinesterase inhibitors, such as a phosphorous containing cholinesterase inhibitor type compound.</p>
